Pricing a property correctly is one of the most important factors in a successful real estate transaction. Setting the right price from the beginning helps attract qualified buyers, generate market interest, and support a smooth and efficient sale process.

Through the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification from the National Association of REALTORS®, I have received specialized training in property valuation, comparative market analysis, and pricing strategies for both buyers and sellers.


Real estate markets can change quickly. In recent years—particularly before and after the COVID-19 period—property values and market conditions have shifted significantly in many areas. Because of these changes, understanding current market dynamics and accurately evaluating comparable properties has become more important than ever.

This training allows me to analyze current market conditions and develop pricing strategies that reflect both the value of the property and the realities of the local market.

For sellers, accurate pricing helps position a property competitively while maximizing exposure to potential buyers. For buyers, understanding true market value helps support informed and competitive offers while protecting long-term investment value.
